Managing Partner

As the managing partner of Swartz, Binnersley & Associates, Kristi concentrates her practice in corporate finance and fintech matters. Kristi is well versed in providing practical and real-time advice relating to services such as robo-advisory, peer-to-peer lending, alternative payments through to the set-up and running of crypto-exchanges. She strives to maintain a diverse corporate practice and to achieve a high level of professionalism and bespoke client service.


Kristi has practiced in Hong Kong for over 18 years, and works with emerging growth companies through to listed multinational corporations in Hong Kong, China, Asia and Europe across a broad range of industries such as finance, venture capital and telecommunications. Serving as counsel to East Asia Tax Service Limited, the Lithuanian Consulate, the Indian Chamber of Commerce and the Consulate of Uruguay, positions Kristi strongly in understanding the nuances of doing business on both an international and local level. She aims to makes her client’s business, her business.


She is committed to shape Hong Kong’s legal landscape, and works to bring new concepts to the market. Kristi is an industry leader and is well recognized for her contributions to the legal industry over the years demonstrated by her recognition as “Best in Compliance and Regulatory” by Euromoney’s Legal Media group Asia Women in Business Law Awards.


Kristi cares deeply about our community, and is on the board of directors of the Faith In Love Foundation Limited (a Hong Kong registered charity) and Global Women Connect Limited (a Hong Kong registered charity), as well as being a founding member of the 30% Club’s Hong Kong chapter.
